Your first visit

Do I need a consultation before my first appointment?

Yes. All new clients complete a Foot Consultation & Assessment before receiving any service. The practitioner evaluates your feet, identifies concerns such as fungal infections, calluses, ingrown toenails or diabetic risks, and recommends the right treatment plan.

What should I bring?

A list of your current medications, the shoes you wear most days, and any notes from your doctor about your feet.

How do I book?

Book online through our Fresha page, where you can see services, prices and available weekend times. You can also call 868-323-2019.

Treatments

What is a waterless medical pedicure?

A non-invasive, clinically guided foot treatment performed without soaking the feet. Advanced tools and aseptic techniques are used to clean, treat and restore the feet safely, reducing the risk of infection and allowing more precise care.

What conditions can you treat?

Fungal nails, corns, calluses, cracked heels, ingrown toenails, thick overgrown nails, athlete's foot and more, whether you're managing a long-standing problem or looking for preventative care.

Are you a podiatrist?

Treatments are performed by a trained Foot Health Practitioner who provides non-invasive foot care. If you need care beyond that, such as surgery or prescription medication, we'll recommend you see your doctor.

Does treatment hurt?

Our treatments are non-invasive and most clients find them comfortable. Many people feel immediate relief once hard skin or a painful nail edge is dealt with.

Diabetic care

Are your services safe for diabetics?

Yes. The clinic specialises in diabetic foot care, offering assessments and treatments designed to protect circulation, prevent complications and support long-term foot health, using gentle, waterless and highly controlled techniques.

How often should diabetic clients come in?

Your practitioner will recommend a schedule after your assessment, based on your feet and your level of risk.

Hygiene

How hygienic are your procedures?

The clinic follows strict sterilisation protocols with medical-grade equipment. Reusable tools are cleaned, disinfected and sterilised, and single-use items are discarded after each client. With no foot bath, the risks of shared soaking tubs are removed.

Why waterless?

Soaking softens skin but shared foot baths can harbour bacteria and fungi. Working waterless is cleaner and allows more precise treatment.
